I'm having trouble with my performer code

Before you give us a call, read the information below to make sure everything is correct.


  • Do you have a 2017 code? We have updated our proform process in the winter 2016/2017 season. With these new codes, it is not necessary to log into a separate site.  Simply go to burton.com/performerprogram, enter your code, read the Terms & Conditions, click “Apply Performer Code,” and shop directly on Burton.com. Coalition items or Backyard Project boards are not included as part of the Performer discount.
  • Have you made sure all your numbers and letters are correct? There are no number's one or zero, only the letters "I" and "O".  Also, make sure you are including the hyphens as part of the character count for your code.
