I have a cut/tear/rip/damage in my outerwear. What can I do?

Normal wear and tear damage, damage caused by misuse, improper care or impacts/accidents are not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects. Additionally, products may break outside of the warranty period. We are happy to repair your softgoods or bags at a reasonable cost. Losses or costs incurred as a result of loss of use are not covered.

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Delivery address (No PO Boxes, please)
  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number if purchased from Burton.com
  • Photos of the cut/damage

Our Burton Guides will evaluate the damage and see if we can repair the damage and will get back to you with a estimate of cost and time. Please note that repairs do not fall under the W48 timeline.
